At Frostmere, we curate history-inspired treasures with care. Because our collection includes authentic vintage pieces, print-on-demand products, dropshipped merchandise, digital goods, and products fulfilled by trusted third-party retail partners, return eligibility varies by product type.
Authentic Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items
Vintage and antique items identified as Vintage, Antique, or listed as unique one-of-a-kind pieces are sold as final sale due to their rarity and historical nature.
Every effort is made to accurately photograph and describe each item, including any notable wear, repairs, patina, or imperfections consistent with age.
If a vintage item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or another appropriate solution.
Print-on-Demand Products
(Apparel, journals, home décor, and other made-to-order merchandise)
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- In their original condition with any applicable tags or packaging
Items returned because of manufacturing defects, printing errors, shipping damage, or an incorrect product will be resolved at no additional cost to the customer.
Returns due to incorrect sizing, ordering the wrong item, or buyer's remorse may require the customer to pay return shipping where applicable.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Dropshipped Jewelry & Home Goods
Eligible dropshipped merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and returned in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.
Refunds are generally issued within 5–7 business days after the return has been received and approved.
Marketplace & Partner-Fulfilled Products
Some products sold through Frostmere are fulfilled and shipped directly by trusted third-party retail partners. These items may be subject to the return, exchange, and warranty policies of the fulfillment partner.
When applicable, any product-specific return conditions or limitations will be noted on the product page.
If you have questions or need assistance with a partner-fulfilled order, please contact us at info@frostmere.co. We'll gladly help coordinate an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads, including ebooks, printable files, templates, research materials, and other digital products, all digital sales are final once access has been provided.
If you experience a technical issue or receive an incorrect or corrupted file, please contact us at info@frostmere.co so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs whenever possible.
We will work promptly to correct the issue through a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Authentic vintage and antique items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs if the item is damaged or defective
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
